To save you a trip to your city or town hall your voter registration can
usually be taken care of while at the Department of Motor Vehicles. They usually
include a space on the name change or address change form to make the changes
for voter registration. They may also have a separate form you can fill out. Be
sure to ask. If not, each state has different requirements and procedures.

link. They also have information on your local requirements. If you never
