You need to notify your utility companies: gas, electric, water, sewer, etc.
There is usually no "Official" form required. Sometimes a phone call is all that
is needed. To make the process easier and to include all the information the
utility will require the "Notice of Client Name Change" letter is a universally
accepted way to notify them. The Notice Letter will put them on notice of your
name change. If they have additional requirements they will notify you and
forward any supplemental forms they require to be completed.
